These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

Lost Coast Getaways provides corporate retreat planning and accommodation services in Shelter Cove, California. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Corporate retreat planning and coordination

• Accommodation bookings (luxury and camping options)

• Meal planning and chef services

• Transportation and shuttle services

• Team-building activities and event coordination

All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Lost Coast Getaways. A booking is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from us.

To secure a booking, a deposit may be required. The amount and terms of the deposit will be specified at the time of booking.

Full payment is typically required before the start of the retreat, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Cancellation policies vary by service and will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the retreat date may be eligible for a full or partial refund, minus processing fees.

• Cancellations made 14-30 days before may be eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 14 days before the retreat date are typically non-refundable.

We reserve the right to cancel or modify bookings due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer alternative dates.

All prices are quoted in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include applicable taxes, fees, or gratuities unless explicitly stated.

We accept payment by credit card, bank transfer, or other methods as agreed upon in writing.

Payment terms will be specified in your booking confirmation. Late payments may result in cancellation of your booking.

All sales are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy.

We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors, even after an order has been confirmed. If a pricing error is discovered, we will notify you and provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your booking with a full refund.

By participating in activities and services provided by Lost Coast Getaways, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Outdoor activities, including but not limited to hiking, water activities, and camping, involve inherent risks and dangers.

• You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation in these activities.

• Lost Coast Getaways, its owners, employees, agents, and contractors shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or death resulting from participation in our services or activities.

• You are responsible for ensuring you are physically fit and capable of participating in the activities you choose.

• You will follow all safety instructions and guidelines provided by our staff.

Lost Coast Getaways is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles, equipment, or belongings.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

All guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner. We reserve the right to remove any guest who:

• Engages in disruptive, dangerous, or illegal behavior

• Harasses or threatens other guests or staff

• Damages property or equipment

• Violates any local, state, or federal laws

• Fails to comply with safety instructions or guidelines

Guests removed for misconduct will not be entitled to any refund.

You are responsible for any damage caused by you or members of your group to our property, equipment, or facilities. We reserve the right to charge your payment method for any damages.

Smoking may be restricted in certain areas. Please respect designated smoking areas and dispose of cigarette butts properly.

Pets are generally not permitted unless specifically approved in advance. Service animals are welcome with proper documentation.

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and software, is the property of Lost Coast Getaways or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our website without our prior written consent.

The Lost Coast Getaways name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Lost Coast Getaways or its affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of our services.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms of Service or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Humboldt County, California.

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
